Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you want to return it.

Returns must be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your Sippi arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Free gifts
If your order included a free gift and returning products means the order no longer qualifies for the promotion, the free gift must also be returned.
